Painting with Benjamin Moore & Co. Aura Paint
The Aura paint is one of its more popular products owing to its matte finish. Decide first what are you are going to paint. For the bedroom and other interior rooms, the Aura Interior is most suitable. For the bathroom, the Aura Bath & Spa is recommended. The Aura Exterior is for the house exterior.
Step 1
Wash and dry the surface you’ll paint. Fill any holes with filler. Let the walls dry. Sand the spackle. Make sure the areas you aren’t painting will be protected. Protect the floor with some drop cloths.
Step 2
Prime the wall and let it dry for 24 hours. Make sure you use interior primer for the bedroom. There are other primers for exteriors and bathrooms.
Step 3
Paint the selected area. You can employ a paintbrush for the masked sections and a roller for larger blank areas. Let the surface dry for 24 hours. Apply another layer of coating if needed.
Warning
Do not apply too much paint. If you do, the paint might drip and appear distorted. The process described above works for the other bedroom colors in the company line.
Today, Benjamin Moore and Co employs more than a hundred chemists
and researchers to develop paints not just for the bedroom but the whole house.
